Calling all stout aficionados near and far. The 5th Annual Stout Challenge featuring 12 Traverse City breweries is set for Friday, February 7 at The Little Fleet.
Each brewery will submit its “Best Stout” giving the public an opportunity to blindly taste and judge each brew. The only information provided will be the description and ABV. Later in the night, votes will be counted and the winner will be awarded a trophy and the privilege of saying its beer is “The Best Stout in Traverse City.”
All tickets include 12 three-ounce tastings (one tasting per brewery), two wild card tastings and a voting ballot. The event is limited to 200 people. General admission tickets are available for $35 and VIP tickets are $70 and guarantee a seat in the yurt, table service, snacks, a meal from Milkweed and other amenities. Milkweed will be open for dinner purchases.
