Chopped Vegetable Salad

This summer salad is easy to make and easy to love. Full of fresh food and protein, Florine’s favorite salad is perfect for any lakeside dinner or picnic. Weight Watchers approved and simple to prepare; what could be better than that?

Chop arugula, watercress, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, radishes and green and red peppers. Top with tuna.
