At their August premiere, peaches take center stage in Northern kitchens—baked in streusel-topped crisps, dressed up in salads with balsamic and basil, drizzled with honey atop salty focaccia, and poured in tall, chilled glasses, too.
For their new peach punch, the local-loving crew at American Spoon hand-pits ripe Red Haven peaches, grown along Lake Michigan and Grand Traverse Bay, and cooks them in small batches, leaving on the stone fruits’ soft, fuzzy skins to capture every last juicy drop of goodness. Those luscious peaches are then pressed, blended with citrus and passion fruit juices, and gently kissed with agave.
Here are a few ways to enjoy this seasonal sipper—before it’s gone in September.
Bourbon Peach Punch Cocktail

Bourbon
American Spoon Peach Punch cocktail mix
Club soda
Peach and citrus slices, maraschino cherries and mint for garnish
Pour one part bourbon and two parts mix over ice and stir. Top with a splash of club soda for a fizzy finish. Garnish with peach and citrus slices, cherries and mint.

* Rum Peach Punch: Pour one part rum and two parts mix over ice and stir. Top with club soda.
* Peach Bellini: Add one part mix to two parts sparkling wine.
* Peach Punch Mocktail: Simply enjoy equal parts mix and club soda.
* Summer Shandy: While we haven’t tried it ourselves, we have it on good authority that Peach Punch also makes a fine beer shandy (equal parts mix and beer).
