Sparkling wines are sublime solo, but try adding frozen cherries and fruit purées to sweeten the buzz. Here are a couple of favorite sparkling wine cocktails from the L. Cerise Royale
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces M. Lawrence US
- 1/2 ounce local cherry concentrate
- Individually frozen tart cherries
Directions:
Add cherry concentrate to the bottom of a flute or coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with frozen cherries.
Mawbosa
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 ounces M. Lawrence US
- 2 1/2 ounces orange juice
- ice cubes
- 1/2 ounce M. Lawrence Rosso
Directions:
Combine sparkling wine, orange juice and ice cubes in a blender and blend until slushy. Transfer to glass and top with 1/2 ounce sparkling Rosso.
