- 2 dozen quality crackers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 pound maple-cured and hickory smoked pork loin
- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 1 8-ounce jar roasted yellow peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
Spread crackers with cream cheese, then top with a small slice of pork, dollop of jam and slice of roasted yellow pepper. Garnish with a chopped scallion.
