Pasta and Raclette Cheese Bake


  • 8 ounces whole wheat rotini, cooked and drained
  • 3 slices thick bacon, microwaved on paper towels and chopped
  • 1/8 large red onion, chopped fine
  • 2–3 tablespoons Leelanau Cellars Chardonnay
  • 4 ounces mild raclette, sliced thin


Preheat oven to 350°F. Add first four ingredients to ovenproof casserole, top with cheese and bake uncovered for 20–30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4 as a side dish.
