Ingredients
4 cups dandelion greens
1 cup frisee
1 cup red leaf lettuce
6 ounces goat cheese
1 cup dried cherries
Vinaigrette
1 shallot minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh oregano minced
salt and pepper to taste
juice from 2 lemon
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Combine vinaigrette ingredients, mix well. Assemble salad ingredients in bowl and drizzle vinaigrette. Serves 4.
