Curried Turkey Salad


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄4 cup mango chutney (available in jars on ethnic aisle)
  • 1 tablespoon mild or hot curry powder (or to taste)
  • 2 cups cooked turkey meat, pulled apart and chopped
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1⁄2 cup coarsely chopped lightly salted peanuts
  • 1⁄2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1⁄8 cup finely diced red onion


Mix all ingredients. Serve on fresh greens or fresh rolls. Serves 4.
