Support Engineers provide hosting and application support for the Joomla and WordPress Content Management Systems. Daily tasks include helping clients with their websites, billing and hosting related issues through tickets, chat or phone calls. Support Engineers creatively and actively solve problems with other talented team members in a fast-paced, innovative tech company.
The selected candidates are expected to be punctual and ready to put in solid effort each day.
Some night/weekend work may be required according to needed coverage.
