Prior Manufacturing supervision in a fast paced and complex manufacturing process environment is key to the success of this position. At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing supervisory/leadership role will be necessary to be successful.
Experience/Knowledge: Specific knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following areas are essential:
Lean manufacturing, Kanban, and QRQC,
Proven Ability to drive improvement such as increased efficiency and decreased scrap
Ability to train, develop, and evaluate employees and effectively utilize labor resources;
Adhere to safety and 5S standards as well as environmental requirements;
Ensure product is made to defined quality standards/systems,
Maintain schedule requirements while adhering to Customer requirements. __
Prior SAP Experience strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Candidates must be able to show a proven ability to multi-task; possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing; have a high level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft applications; be able to positively motivate and manage people in a teamwork environment; and work effectively with personnel at all levels with tact and consistency to federal, state and Company polices and rules
