Job Title: Sales Account Manager

With offices in Sterling Heights, Petoskey and Traverse City Michigan, we serve small and medium businesses throughout the state. We are rapidly growing and are seeking talented individuals to join our team of 60 professionals.

CCR provides a broad array of technology products and services, national caliber Managed IT Support and our own Cloud/Hosted solutions including VoIP. We deliver our managed services in a proactive fashion through industry leading Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automatation (PSA) tools and process. We have received recognition nationally from 2012-2016 by MSP Mentor for excellence in the field of Information Technology.

Position: Sales Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

  • Prospect and contact potential customers

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

  • Create sales material to present to customers

  • Manage sales funnel/pipeline and report accurately and promptly to management

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in sales, customer service, or other related fields

  • Self motivated and naturally competitive

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

  • Ability to build and sustain rapport with clients

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Good driving record and reliable transportation to CCR and client locations

Qualifications – Preferred:

  • Previous experience in or proficiency with Information Technology

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong personal computing skills

  • Strong writing and verbal skills

Excellent communication and organization skills are needed to thrive in this environment. You must be a self-starter and enjoy working hard. Great ground floor opportunity to grow our Grand Traverse area market share.

Employee could be expected to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary/wage commensurate with experience, $40,000-80,000/yr.
