PlantMasters of Suttons Bay is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager.
Garden center experience not necessary, but helpful.
Required Skills & Duties:
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers
- Cash register experience preferred as well as basic computer skills
- Some experience in handling/training employees and co-workers a plus
- Leadership skills, communication and willingness to learn are necessary
- Must be energetic, friendly and eager to learn, Time management skills, and self motivation are necessary
- Not afraid to learn and get dirty
- Must be able to train and manage employees and handle various garden center responsibilities in time.
3 day minimum, 4/5 days preferred. Must include one weekend day.
