About Retail Assistant Manager

PlantMasters of Suttons Bay is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager.

Garden center experience not necessary, but helpful.


Required Skills & Duties:

  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers
  • Cash register experience preferred as well as basic computer skills
  • Some experience in handling/training employees and co-workers a plus
  • Leadership skills, communication and willingness to learn are necessary
  • Must be energetic, friendly and eager to learn, Time management skills, and self motivation are necessary
  • Not afraid to learn and get dirty
  • Must be able to train and manage employees and handle various garden center responsibilities in time.

3 day minimum, 4/5 days preferred. Must include one weekend day.

Learn on the job, flexible schedule. A great year round job for the right fit.
