About Restaurant Management – Summer 2019


Position Summary:
Responsible for F&B service at assigned outlet during scheduled shift. Assist with training and supervision of staff. Maintain comfort and ambiance of outlet and follow all posted cleaning schedules. Responsible for greeting and seating of guests utilizing guest recognition tools per SCR F & B standards of service. Assumes cashier responsibilities and ensures cleanliness of restaurant.


• Enrolled in college course work related to Hospitality/Food & Beverage. 
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• TAM, Servsafe, and/or TiPS certification is preferred.
