Job Summary: Manage referrals both into and out of the clinic, including prior authorizations, scanning, medical records, surveillance and other communication. In addition, this role ensures that diagnostic is scheduled and completed.
Associate’s degree in Health Services Administration or related field;
In lieu of an Associate’s Degree, candidate must have 3 years of experience in health care.
Knowledge of MHC’s automated information systems, such as Next Gen, PWS, Microsoft products, and Order Checker, preferred.
Experience with Excel.
Superior customer relationship skills and proven ability to communicate effectively and accurately, verbally and in writing with all levels.
