Now hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator / Administrative Assistant in Traverse City! This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team. Duties include reception and customer service, database administration, scheduling, and other aspects of daily office operations. This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with clients, candidates, and the recruiting team. Starting pay is $14/hour; this is a long-term (no end in sight) temporary (FLEXIBLE schedule) position; 24-40 hours a week, based on business needs and staff availability. Temp to hire is not out of the question, although there is no set plan for that at this time.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service role.
