Starting Wage: $15.92 / hour

The position provides customer service and support for the functions within the assigned department, including clerical

and administrative services, customer service, data entry and reporting, communications, and department

representative activities.





• High School diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years experience in an office setting

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and telephone etiquette

• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced office setting while meeting assigned work deadlines

• Ability to work cohesively with students, staff, faculty, and/or others

• Demonstrated experience using Banner enterprise or other database system

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills




• Associate’s degree

• Experience assisting with event planning and execution

• Experience in higher education working with academic records
