We are based out of Maryland, but this position will be out of our Cadillac, MI Office. We have been in business for over a century. We manufacture products to protect individuals from Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Materials. We have major contracts with government organizations and are seeing steady growth.
We are currently in need of a Process Engineer with lean manufacturing experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Have a full functional knowledge of all processes relative to the manufacturing of all filters and their components
Support the manufacturing team in day to day activities
Understand the effects of process variables in engineering performance of components and system.
Optimize process capabilities and material flow
Support the development team in all aspects of the manufacturing process for new products
To design, develop and improve new and existing processes.
To deliver new processes in line with project objectives and current health and safety legislation
To establish standardized work for associates and team members
To delivery training and instruction to associates and team members for all new processes and equipment during product development and launch
What You Need for this Position
Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
3+ years relevant experience
2+ years in a world class manufacturing environment
PC literate with strong Excel, Work and PowerPoint Skills
Six Sigma and/or LEAN experience is a plus
