Graduation from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Current registration granted by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility for immediate registration.
Current registration with the State of Michigan.
Reports to Outpatient Rehabilitation Senior Specialist. May receive direction from
the Director of Outpatient Services.

Keeps medical records up to date, complete, and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines for inpatient and outpatient records.
Meets productivity standards of the department.
Records daily charges accurately and promptly per department process.
Participates in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve processes and clinical treatment.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
