Responsible for evaluating tooling, logging components setups, entering programs into the controller, calculating bend allowances, determining proper tonage, and maintaining a constant upkeep of the machine.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Set up and operate press brake.
Program machine based blue prints or specifications.
Determine correct tooling for materials being used.
Visually inspects first and last piece of all runs.

Education and/or Experience
High School graduate with mechanical aptitudes.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Â Ability to write simple correspondence.Â Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Â Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
