Primarily responsible for passing meal trays and between meal snacks directly to patients in a timely manner.

Â· ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
Â· Satisfactory completion of basic dietary therapy training manual
Â· Ability to work under elements of time pressure, noise, and frequent interruption of activities.
Â· Physical stamina to perform job duties and walk up to five miles per day.
Â· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, phone courtesy).
Â· Therapeutic foodservice experience (hospital, nursing home, etc.) desirable.
Â· Restaurant experience in waiting tables and hostessing also desirable.
Â· Computer experience desirable or willing to receive training.
Â· Demonstrates the principle of ESP and hospitality services.
Â· Employees in relief positions maintain a reasonably flexible schedule.
