Ability using typical tools associated with grounds tasks including but not limited to leaf blowers, lawn mowers, chain saws, mechanized earth moving equipment & as assigned. Public contact on-site tasks such as mowing or leaf removal. Operate in a safe manner around public passer-by. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds on occasion Exposure to all outside weather conditions. The employee must be flexible with scheduling to include some weekends & evenings during peak event through the year.
