What we are looking for:

You are obsessed with data and process, always on the hunt for automation opportunities and meaningful, actionable data. Your work focus is to Make It Better across a massive process pipeline, helping to drive both growth and efficiency. You work daily within Salesforce CRM to identify, triage, implement, and refine business process tracking, automation, and reporting across all parts of the operation.

Job duties include:

• Create and manage workflow rules and process builder processes to facilitate an extremely wide range of business process automation and continuous improvement across all departments • Create and manage custom objects and custom fields on a daily basis to map and integrate new and existing business processes • Create and manage reporting and dashboards on an ongoing basis to support KPI exposure and tracking in all departments • Create and manage validation rules across the entire business process flow from Lead to Invoice to ensure complete and correct data is entered and maintained • Perform regular bulk imports and exports to support updating component data en masse • Create and manage a large number and volume of automated kickback emails • Additional duties related to user and permission management, change set management, periodic layout 5S, list view management, field deprecation, and merge document maintenance • Assist with managed package installation, configuration, and upgrades • Assist with core system upgrades, such as Lightning

What you need:

• 1-2 Years of End User experience with Salesforce with experience beyond the core CRM objects • Demonstrated technical aptitude via a technical degree or applied experience • The ability to juggle long-term buildouts with a steady stream of smaller day-to-day projects • The ability to anticipate the effects of a given process or data modification across multiple departments with distinct workflows • The desire and aptitude to go beyond tech jargon; you must possess the business acumen and innovation to continuously identify areas for improvement, automation, and cost savings while striving to keep workflows scalable and pragmatic. • TRUST and EXCELLENCE: execute projects without being micro managed. • TEAMWORK: work closely with a diverse set of peers to provide necessary support and capabilities. • Salesforce ADM 201 certification desired; required within 1 year if hired • Bonus Points: ERP experience, manufacturing experience, Apex, Inbound Sales CRM experience
