The Human Resources (HR) Analyst has system responsibility for services related to survey design/production, data extraction and reporting using various databases. Ensures data integrity and integration with the HRIS. Provides consultation in the design of surveys and the reporting and presentation of data. Assists with the interpretation of data e.g. to identify trends.
Associate’s Degree and two to five years of hospital/medical office/HR or related experience required. In lieu of Associate’s degree, consideration will be given to individuals with a minimum of 5 years recent relevant experience and education.
Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office including OneNote, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Advanced Excel skills including the use/creation of PivotTables, Charts, Dashboards, and Macros.
Excellent aptitude for learning new software, becoming the content expert and configuring it to suit the evolving needs of Human Resources.
Experience with Video Conferencing platforms including Skype and GoToMeeting.
Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, analyze and prepare data for presentations.
Exemplary customer relationship skills and professional demeanor.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle sensitive and high stress situations.
High degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.

This position exists within the Staff Development – HEI team and has direct reporting responsibility to the senior coordinator of Talent and Organizational Development. Has accountability to the System Directors of Organizational Effectiveness and Compensation and Benefits. Has contact with administration, physicians, other health care professionals, and Munson Healthcare staff at all levels.

Will be responsible for several key HR systems including but not limited to:
Culture Amp – survey setup, reporting, and data analysis (examples: Great Place to Work, Great Place to Practice, onboarding and exit interviews)
Halogen – reporting and data analysis (examples: completion and compliance data)
Assists with reporting data from the HealthStream Learning Management system and integrating this data with other HR reports.
Prioritizes completion of work activities in accordance with division goals and needs with input from division management.
Knowledge of Joint Commission and other regulatory mandated policies; maintains record of system policies to meet essential requirements.
Supports system/entities during anticipated/unanticipated surveys by regulatory bodies in regards to document retrieval and updates.
Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and development.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
