People in this role help redefine our guestsâ experience. They make sure itâs a relaxing place to sit and enjoy their meal. Itâs all part of bringing the Experience of the Future to the right here and now â and the Guest Experience Lead plays a big role-
*Professional appearance and positive demeanor * Will spend the majority of their time in the dining room, assuring an outstanding visit for all guests. *Knowledgeable about restaurant offerings. *Welcoming our guests and greeting by name (if known) *Must be comfortable approaching guests in a helpful manner and assisting to meet their needs (refills, attentive to feedback/questions, etc) *During the actual kiosk ordering process, you will help guests understand their choices and makes suggestions along the way. The goal is to help make each guestsâ experience, special and unique. Accurately capturing each guestâs meal is an important way the concierge contributes to the guestâs enjoyment.
