SUMMER 2019 INTERNSHIP
The Events and Activities Intern is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative events and activities that attract, entertain, and drive our guests. This hands-on manager must understand the changing dynamics of entertainment industry associated with a total resort experience. The position is responsible for developing the concept of primary and ancillary activities available to everyone. The manager is the chief promoter for all resort guest events and activities, and childrenâs programs. This position will also work with Resort Department Managers, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Sales to design, promote, and implement events & activities packages that will drive resort revenue.Â
3-6 months successful experience in promotion, events planning, and/or entertainment management is preferred.Â
Must be enrolled in college coursework related to hospitality management, marketing, recreation, or related field is preferred for this position.Â
Must be at least 18 years old & posses a valid Driverâs License for this position.
