The Director of Student Financial Services provides strategic vision and effective leadership in the administration of

accounts receivable and the combined delivery of enrollment services to students. The position reports to both the Vice

President for Student Services and Technology, and the Controller. The coordinator manages the student accounts

receivable/cashiering and the ‘one-stop’ center for enrollment services, which provides customer service and resolution

of issues through telephone, walk-in, and email assistance for Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and

Registrar’s Office





• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting or financial aid

• Supervisory experience




• Database experience (enterprise system)

• Experience in enrollment management and student services

Supervises others in accordance with NMC’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, recognizing employees; addressing performance problems or gaps.




This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week position.
