About Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Provides service to individuals in a face-to-face setting that may include greeting visitors, providing directions, fielding complaints, answering questions, and/or providing information about an organization or service. Telephone and/or mail (including electronic) interaction. May work as part of a team or as an individual. May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes.
