This position performs a variety of projects that are related to focusing on information and product flow to customers, while keeping management, and sales informed. Responsible for general office duties including answering the phone, taking customer orders, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Coordinates with sales, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure that product flow is not interrupted and address customer concerns or issues. Receive cash from customers or employees in payment for goods or services.
Candidates must be customer service orientated, have strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment. Experience working in the beverage industry with beer and wine preferred. Excellent mathematical and problem resolution skills required, along with a strong attention to detail. Microsoft Office Suite and 10-key skills required.
Monday to Thurs: 2pm to 7pm
Friday: 9am to Noon
