A team member in this position is responsible for new account openings, cross-selling products and services and providing assistance with maintenance on current clients accounts. The ideal applicant will be an expert on Bank products and have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. The customer service representative have a clear understanding of bank regulations, compliance laws, and bank security practices.Â
A minium two years banking experience with direct experience in the role of customer service/account opening is helpful. The ability to be proactive, problem solve and successfully work through difficult situations while remaining focused and detail oriented are critical in this customer facing position.
