About Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will deliver the highest level of quality service to our customers. Receives and responds to routine residential and commercial customer calls,

inquiries, requests and complaints. This position is responsible for delivering superior customer service in a prompt, respectful and courteous manner.

This is a temp to hire position.


Effectively responds to routine general commercial service changes and contract compliance matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve simple issues including service level changes, billing questions, service cancellations, price increases and equipment issues.

Returns all internal/external calls, emails, and facsimiles in a timely manner to ensure that customers concerns are understood, addressed and resolved in an efficient and complete manner.

Enter service and route data into computer for billing and route scheduling purposes.

Log information about customer service interactions into system; update in a timely and accurate manner so that team members are able to track services/inquiries and resolution.

Key Skills Strong computer skills.

Effective at Time Management with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Good communications skills, which includes strong active listening.

Grasps quickly with good follow through.

Strong written and verbal presentation skills.

Self-motivated, trustworthy maintaining the highest level of integrity.
