About Customer Service Rep.

Local Restoration & Remodeling company needs full time administrative assistant/customer service rep.  Must be detail oriented, accurate, organized, very good customer service & communication skills and able to work independently. Must be familiar and feel comfortable with multi line phone systems. Outlook, Word, Excel & QuickBooks experience a plus.  Construction administration, invoicing and collections experience is also a plus.
