Manages an assigned book of business providing professional, courteous service to our clients, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations (93%).
Act as an extension of the producer to enhance and develop client relationships.
â¢Provide quality customer service to existing accounts as referenced in the Roles, Responsibilities and Skills Chart (attached.)
â¢Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
â¢Manages a book of business generally in excess of $500,000 depending on complexity or number of accounts.
â¢Mentor, support and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants as necessary.
â¢Implement Client Service Plans as directed by the Account Team.
â¢Work with account team to maintain accurate client information in EPIC as assigned.
â¢Pursue a program for personal and professional development.
â¢Demonstrates honesty, integrity and ethics, keeping your word, does the right thing every time.
â¢Demonstrates respect, positive attitude and an environment free of triangulation and judging others.

â¢5-10 years of experience in commercial lines with an insurance company or agency.
â¢Requisite insurance license.
â¢A High school diploma required; some college preferred.
â¢Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
â¢Ability to organize large volumes of information and set priorities.
â¢Aptitude for details with consistency in follow-up.
â¢Ability & desire to take ownership of role expectations with accountability to internal and external clients.
â¢Established insurance knowledge with proven ability to apply same to your daily work.
â¢Strong verbal and written communication skills.
â¢Ability to utilize creativity and strategic thinking when problem solving.
