Banquet captain is to ensure that his/her assigned events and activities are organized and executed, resulting in the complete satisfaction of the guests attending the event.
Primary responsibilities of banquet captain are to ensure any and all food and beverage items are presented and served correctly, to communicate clearly with the banquet chef, banquet staff and conference services before and during the event and compiling final counts on the function sheets at the conclusion of an event or function.
