Apache Trout Grill Dining Room Manager:
Train, supervise, and coach restaurant staff for efficient operations. Assist in leading and coaching the team toward achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction. Closely monitor the guests’ dining experiences. Work in conjunction with the kitchen to ensure the highest quality product.
As a Food and Beverage employee, positivity and a sense of urgency are a must. An up-beat attitude is necessary and a guest-first mind state is mandatory. Keeping a clean and organized environment is a must and being able to multitask and make well-thought-out decisions is critical.
The Apache Trout Grill was established in 1994. We are a family owned and operated business. The Apache is a high volume lunch and dinner restaurant directly on West Bay. We work hard and have a fun time. Great service is the focus of everything that we do. The menu features excellent fish, seafood and steaks.
Minimum three years full dining management experience
Weekends, holidays and evenings are a regular part of the schedule
Ability to multi-task
POS experience a plus
Physical requirements – able to lift up to 30# and work on their feet for extended hours
Ability to manage a diverse staff
