Stephen & Anderson PLC, a business, estate planning and real estate law firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Traverse City office.
We are willing to train the right candidate and can be flexible with a 32-40 hour work week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Working knowledge of Quick books or similar program but willing to train the right candidate
- Adept at managing details in accounting and document preparation
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle several files at a time
- Strong organizational skills and maintaining confidentiality
- Will be trained in document preparation for business formations, estate planning and real estate
- Input receipts and expenses in accounting program
- File Management
