Job Description
* Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, and telephone support
* Manage, track, and communicate various financial administration controls
* Process payroll
* Reconciles driver routes and records over and short variances using a settlement tracking system
* Works with Accounts Receivable when necessary to resolve customer issues regarding delivery and settlement
* Effective utilization of internal/external reporting and processing systems to accomplish daily tasks
* Monitor financial loss lines (NSF, Over/Shorts, etc) to ensure outstanding balances are collected
* Process payments for supplier invoices via credit card and/or internal Accounts Payable System
* Manages mobile device technology for the location (cell phones, iPads, handheld computers, and printers) including sending out for repair when appropriate
* Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, and faxing
* Participate and engage employees to partake in community events
* Perform market level trend reporting and admin back-up within market
* Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
* Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
* Willingness to learn and take on projects
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills required
* Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Work, PowerPoint

* Previous administrative or customer service experience
* Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
