Title: 2nd shift Welder

Job Number: 8496
Weld aluminum and steel products to part drawings or other instructions.
Know TIG, MIG, and ARC welding.
Read and interpret blueprints, and use precision measuring equipment.
Troubleshoot potential machine/machining problems as required, and assist on repairs.
Manufacture quality products.
Keep and maintain records, as necessary.
Perform operations that may require heavy lifting.
Be able to set-up welding equipment to proper specifications for material being welded.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards, and be quality conscious.
Maintain good attendance record, be self motivated, with a willingness to learn.
Comply will all requirements of the waste handling training & procedures.
Comply with all requirements of the Job Safety Analysis for this position.
Comply with all requirements related to the care & maintenance of your required PPE.
All other duties as assigned.
Certification in welding to American Welding Society standards.
Must be able to perform basic math functions.
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to perform operations that may require heavy lifting.
Must be Safety, Quality Conscious and dependable.
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
