Qigong translates as energy cultivation. Walking qigong is a moving meditative way to cultivate qi awareness. It is a deeply healing, deeply nourishing and enjoyable tool for our awakening.
Michelle Racich will introduce the basics of qigong and walking qigong in a classroom setting, and then move to the nature trail for enriching practice. Registration is required. Please call 231-941-0960 to sign up. $5 suggested donation.
