Join Nick Meador and Ashtar Kukuk at Song of the Morning Yoga Retreat in Vanderbilt, MI for an in-depth weekend of personal transformation through the use of the ancient & ceremonial plant medicine cacao, active meditation techniques (including breathwork, trauma release, etc.), Inner Waymark process facilitation, and Divine Vitality practices of yoga, visionary dance and movement therapy.
This retreat is a chance to find purpose, meaning, and direction within, by releasing unneeded tension, unfolding hints from the unconscious, and activating the fullest version of yourself. Nick and Ashtar will be returning from a 4-month exploration of Mayan culture in Central America and are excited to share their findings with others.
ABOUT CACAO AND ITS CEREMONIAL USE:
Raw cacao is a powerful facilitator for personal transformation. It is heart-opening in the sense that it increases blood flow and oxygen levels in the heart. It also amplifies emotions and subconscious content so that we can work with and alchemize it. Nick and Ashtar will serve world-class Mayan cacao, grown and prepared in northern Guatemala specifically for meditative and ceremonial use, and carried home by hand.
