A panel of local leaders born in 4 different decades, will share their perspectives on the impact of “Generations in the Workplace”. Panel members include: Derek Bailey- Owner, 7th Legacy Consulting; Allison Beers – Owner, Events North; Michelle Elliott – Business Development Manager, National Cherry Festival; Doug Wolf – Regional President, Chase Bank; and Elaine Wood – CEO, Northwest Michigan Council of Governments. This month’s book selection, Liquid Leadership: From Woodstock to Wikipedia: Multigenerational Management Ideas That Are Changing the Way We Run Things by Brad Szollose, reveals how leaders can maximize the effectiveness of their workforce while engaging employees and bridging the generation gap.
