December 7-10 & 14-16
Little Traverse Civic Theater is exited to announce the return of a holiday classic, The Christmas Schooner, December 7th – 10th and 14th – 16th at the Crooked Tree Arts Center.
The Christmas Schooner is based on the historic Great Lakes voyages of Christmas tree ships during the late 1800s and early 1900s, chronicling the first Christmas tree ship and the family who risked their lives to fill Chicago with the Christmas spirit. This critically acclaimed musical features a powerfully moving story and an exquisite score of both original music and traditional holiday favorites.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for 12 and under and $15 for the Sunday matinee, all ages.
LTCT’s production of “The Christmas Schooner” will be directed by Gary Albert, owner of Ruff Life Pet Outfitters in Downtown Petoskey. Gary is a veteran of LTCT and is excited to bring back this classic holiday show. Albert was the director of the last past Christmas Schooner productions, with the last being in 2009 and is looking forward to bringing this renowned show back to the LTCT stage.
