Friday, March 9: 5-for-$50 Friday
Bring a group of six people and you all ski and ride from open-to-close for only $50!
The larger the group, the better the deal:
• 2 for $25 each
• 3 for $16.67 each
• 4 for $12.50 each
• 5+ for $10 each!

6pm: Cardboard Sled Building Workshop
Located in the Crystal Center. Cardboard and tape will be provided. $10 per duct tape roll. Reservations available at Park at Water’s Edge – stop by or call 888.968.7686 ext. 7000.
7-8pm: Cardboard Classic Registration
Completed sled and all participants must be present to register. The sledding surface of your sled must be standard brown cardboard or standard silver duct tape. Registration to be held slopeside on the lodge deck.
Saturday, March 10
9:30-10:30am: Cardboard Classic Registration
Completed sleds and participants must be present to register. The sledding surface of your sled must be standard brown cardboard or standard silver duct tape. Registration will be held slopeside on the Lodge deck.
10:30am: Cardboard Classic Creative Sled Contest
Build a cardboard sled using only standard cardboard and duct tape. All sleds participating in the competition must be pre-registered.
11am: Cardboard Classic Race
Once registered, the cardboard sleds and riders will make their way up the mountain for a race like no other. All sleds and participants must be present at registration.
Noon – 1:30pm: Slush Cup Registration
Held slopeside on the Lodge deck.
Noon – 5pm: DJ Dance Party & BBQ
Including hula hoop contest, limbo and more!
2pm: Slush Cup
Ski or ride through a giant pit of icy slush for bragging rights! Day-of registration required at the slopeside tent at least 30 minutes prior to the event starting. Helmets are required. Rental gear is prohibited. Participants must be 12 years of age.
6 – 9pm: FREE Slopeside Concert featuring Drew Hale
Throughout Michigan, the name Drew Hale is synonymous with powerful vocals, compelling lyrics and haunting melodies. In 2016, Drew won the national Country Showdown competition held in Nashville, earning him the title Best New Act in Country Music, as well as the $100,000 cash prize. You can count on an eclectic show that delivers a dynamic combination of originals and covers that bridge the gap between country, roots rock, and blues. Concert will be held slopeside, near the base of Buck under the big tent at Kinlochen.
