Did you finally finish your novel, poetry collection, or memoir? Maybe you have written a self-help, motivational, or travel book? Regardless of the genre, this seminar provides the information you need to successfully publish. In this fast-paced event, attendants will receive information on the different publishing avenues available, the steps required to succeed at each, pitfalls to avoid, and a general idea of the time and costs involved. Various ways to market and sell books locally and globally will also be discussed. By the end of the evening, you will know what is necessary to have a trade-quality book. This program is especially designed for novice and first-time authors with a manuscript or at least a book project in mind.
Mary Jo Zazueta, BA, is an editor, designer, and book shepherd. In 1994, she established To The Point Solutions to help writers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Mary Jo takes authors from manuscript to printed books—guiding them each step of the way to ensure the publishing process is fun and rewarding—and that they have a trade-quality book to sell.
