Oliver Art Center – Call for Art – Entries Wanted for First Ever ExhiBEERtion!
Calling all artists and beer enthusiasts, and those who are both! Oliver Art Center seeks art for a beer-themed pop-up exhibition as part of Frankfort Beer Week 2018.
Artists are welcome to submit one work of art in any 2-D or 3-D medium for the exhibit by bringing it to the art center on Friday, October 5, 10-4:30, or Saturday, October 6, 10-4. The work must be beer-themed originals, not over 24”x36” in size, and ready to hang on the wall or displayed on pedestals. There is no entry fee, and you do not have to be a member to submit. The work can be for sale, or not for sale. If it is for sale, and it sells, the artist will receive 70% of the retail price.
The exhibit will run Monday, October 8 through Saturday, October 13, and all unsold work is to be picked up Sunday, October 14. Oliver Art Center will jury the work as it arrives. For complete details, and an entry form, visit www.oliverart.org and click on ‘Art Exhibitions’, or call 231-352-4151.

Parking at Oliver Art Center is limited. Overflow parking can be found along the east side of Second Street, which leads to Oliver Art Center, as well as on Main Street. Parking is prohibited in the adjacent lots of Harbor Lights, The United States Coast Guard Station, and at other condominiums.
