Don’t miss Oliver Art Center’s Annual Fundraiser, this year happening at Oliver Art Center on Friday, August 10 at 6:00pm. This year’s event includes a catered dinner by L’Chayim, centerpieces donated by Victoria’s Floral, and last year’s professional auctioneer, Charles Wickins is back! Live auctions items this year include a Victorian Tea Party with Ellie Harold and Roo Davison, an authentic Japanese experience with Stan Otto, and a Crystal Mountain Golf and Ski Package with lodging from Hotel Frankfort. Last year’s fundraiser raised more money than any other in OAC’s history. This is OAC’s biggest and most important fundraising event of the year. All proceeds support the day-to-day operations and help them continue to bring a world class art experience to the region year-round with exhibits, classes, concerts, and artist presentations.
Reservations are $150 per person and include: dinner, beverages, bid number, tax-deductible donation – call OAC at 231-352-4151 to reserve as they go quickly!
OAC is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. OAC’s Annual Fundraiser and Auction is the main fundraiser each year supports operations and programming at OAC. $75 of ticket is tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Parking at Oliver Art Center is limited. Overflow parking can be found along the east side of Second Street, which leads to Oliver Art Center, as well as on Main Street. Parking is prohibited in the adjacent lots of Harbor Lights, The United States Coast Guard Station, and at nearby residences.
The Oliver Art Center exhibit will be open to the public Mon.-Fri. 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and Sun. 12 p.m. -4 p.m. Mary’s Gift Gallery is open all year round, during normal gallery hours. Please visit www.oliverartcenterfrankfort.org or contact 231-352-4151 for more information.
