The Holiday Market returns to The Oliver Art Center, in our new Fisher classroom, opening Saturday, November 19. This is your chance to purchase affordable handcrafted gifts from local and regional artists, right in Frankfort. Shop for mittens, ornaments, cards, garlands, jewelry and many specialty handmade items that you may only be able to find once a year. The Oliver Art Center will host a Members Only Preview Night on Friday, November 18 from 5pm to 7pm and will be open to the public during our normal business hours, November 21 through December 23.  Not a member? Joint now at Oliver Art Center or online at www.oliverartcenterfrankfort.org.

Along with the annual Holiday Market, Mary’s Gift Gallery is another great place to get unique handcrafted gifts. Over 100 artists of all media are featured in this one of a kind gift shop. From one-of-a-kind art work, ceramics, wood carvings and jewelry, visitors are sure to find exactly the right gift at Oliver Art Center.

This year’s Member Appreciation night will also be the launch of our holiday gift registry.  Are you impossible to shop for? Do your loved ones always want to know the best items to get for you? Come to the gift shop at Oliver Art Center and make a list of your favorite handmade gift items.  We will keep it on file so that your friends and loved ones can see what you’d like when they come to shop for you.

The Oliver Art Center exhibits are open to the public Mon.- Fri.10 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m.- 4 p.m., and Sun. 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.  Please visit www.oliverartcenterfrankfort.org to register for classes online or contact Mercedes or Kirsten at 231-352-4151 for more information.
