North Central Michigan College’s Corporate and Community Education department is offering winter workshops in Petoskey. All workshops are held in Room 536 in the Student and Community Resource Center, unless otherwise indicated.

MSU Product Center Innovation Counselor Wendy Wieland, and Michelle Jarvie, MSUE Food Safety Educator, will present the business and food safety aspects of preparing and selling cottage foods at farmers’ markets or direct to your customer on Wednesday, February 22 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Cost $20.
