North Central Michigan College’s Corporate and Community Education department is offering winter workshops in Petoskey. All workshops are held in Room 536 in the Student and Community Resource Center, unless otherwise indicated.

Beekeepers and others who are interested are invited to join the Beekeepers’ Guild on the third Thursday of each month from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet with other beekeepers and learn about hive maintenance, bee products and much more. There will be workshops following the guild meetings from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Topics include beginning “Beginning Beekeeping – the 1st Year” on January 19, “Advanced Beekeeping” on February 16 and “Making and Marketing Beekeeping Products” on March 16. These meetings are free but pre-registration is required.

North Central’s Corporate & Community Education now offers over 200 Online Courses and Career Training Programs through Ed2Go. Comprehensive online courses start monthly. For the entire catalog and registration, please visit our website at www.ed2go.com/ncmc.

Please register for workshops in advance. For more information or to register, visit http://www.ncmich.edu/community-events/cce-workshops/ or call 231-348-6613. CCE also offers customized workshops at your business. We’ll tailor the content, materials, and schedule to your needs.
