The program will be at 10 a.m. in Cowell Family Cancer Center’s Room B031, on the Munson Medical Center campus in Traverse City. MSU College of Human Medicine Assistant Professor and Hurley Children’s Center Pediatric Health Services researcher Lauren O’Connell, M.D., MSc, FAAP, will also address how toxic stress affects bodies, protective factors, and ways to build resilience in children and families.
