This class will be lead by Ann Marie Love, Ph.D. Research suggests that people can significantly increase their happiness and well-being through some small but powerful daily or weekly commitments. These interventions or commitments have also been associated with better health, living a long healthy life, have having better relationships. This course is for people looking for a way to kickstart some positive changes with only a small time commitment. Note: this class can improve your well-being, but it is not therapy. The interventions that will be studied are painless and embarassment-free. The class should be a good time and is intended to help you find your smile! This is a two week class from 5:30 pm to 7 pm.
